Runescroll of Fortitude III bugged? all stamina buffs bugged?

1. Runescroll of Fortitude III
2. says it gives 8% stamina, but if my mathing is mathing it doesnt give me +8% stamina
3. it should give +8% stamina

example in pictures, my stamina goes from 1000k to 1068k instead of from 1000k to 1080k, which would be that 8%

1.000.095 x 1.08 = 1.080.102 (the 8% mathing)

the same problem happens with 10% stamina buffs, i get to 1085k hp instead of 1100k which would be that extra 10%
