teleporter combat mode suggestion

@Jegerm stop the teleporter from putting us in combat when teleporting from duel zone into either orgrimar or stormwind, duel zone is a neutral zone, the cities are neutral zone too, using teleporter to go to the main city and appearing in pvp combat is annoying
