Shop titles

Hello. Can someone explain, why are shop titles brought from ingame shop gone from every char? 

I can provide names of chars and titles but you should have this information, i can tell my acc name in private chat with GM or whoever is responsible for it so you can check... even, taking shop item from account without refunding spent amount is scam, nothing else.
