Voting Problems

I am new to Pandawow. I live in the USA mountain time zone. I like this server and want to help spread the news. I try to vote but it keeps telling me that I have to log into my account. I created one. Still nothing. the other links in at the bottom tells me the same thing. Is there a way to get to voting.

Please help a new Panda Player.

 

FYI(I know how to vote because I came from a 4.3 private server)

how to vote on pandawow.

1.make account on this page: http://pandawow.ru/en/index.html

2.after login to your account go on this page: http://cp.pandawow.ru/en/vote.html (is under Main functions > Vote in the left of the screen)

3. click and open this vote links in other tabs:

4. put captcha code and click VOTE

5.you will be redirect to server list rankings

6. click on pandawow banner

7. you will be redirect back to pandawow server page and your points will be added to your account
