Открываем папку World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\"имя аккаунта"\PandaWoW "название реалма"\"ник персонажа"\addons.txt

 

Далее ищем строку "Blizzard_AchievementUI: disabled" и меняем на "Blizzard_AchievementUI: enabled".

если пишет ошибку.
