How it works : you can't change talent/glyph before the BG/Arena start.

 

How it should work : Arena Preparation is a buff given to players upon zoning into an Arena Match. It allows them to buff themselves without using any mana, rage, or energy. Allows them in MOP to change talents/glyphs/macros.
