I don't say this is not a "bug" but 9x3=27 strength=54ap you lose more time to farm/craft this than the benefit from them also i see in the picture that he have http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=94508 proc (who give 5k strenght not 8800) A Staff member will investigate this issue.
