Warlock's still bugging it and players take dmg from multiple rains - every crapy lock just spec mannoroth fury to wipe whole area... even without this talent it is strong bug for advantage, 5-20k dmg from 5 rains (so 25k-100k tick) in every 1 sec in radious of 40 yards with MF talent.
