[Item] Thok's Tail Tip doesn't give enought strength

1. Name of not working spell/quest/npc.

2. Description of the problem.

- When the trinket procs it doesn't give 9.317 strength it gives 5.604. And the other thing is taht the trinket doesn't amplifies 6% of the crit, haste, mastery and so on. It even remove 1% haste.

3.How it must work.

- It must grant you 9.317 strength and amplifies 6% of the crit, haste, mastery.

4.Date when you tested it.

- 20.04.2014

5.Realm (x100/x10/Fun).

- Fun

6.Priority of the problem.

- I can't say what is the priority, but adding items that don't work is pointless. So i would say that is good to fix it.
