Problem: When priest uses Prayer of Mending, his initial target gets http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=33333/holy-spark that increases effect of ALL spells mentioned in the description during those 10s.

How it should work: It should increase only the effect of the FIRST spell used on that target mentioned in the description and after that spell disappear, but it lasts whole 10s and always increases effect of those heals.

 

Priority: 10/10 - cant watch how much they heal now, its ridiculous to heal 1.5 times more all the time.
