My characters got deleted?

Hello, I logged on today and I noticed the characters I paid for were deleted.

 

Skruf and Qzô, Death knight and Mage.

 

My friend had access to this account for some weird reason, he had access to my previous users on another server, however he got access to this one now, can I please get them restored?

I noticed it's not deleted it's still in the guild "Gladiator Inc" which I made, he transfered them to his account somehow.. help please?

Your friend had access because you allowed him to. Usually, in these cases, a GM should reinburse your characters and also ban you for a little time, like 1 month.

Couldn't edit my earlier post, btw. I did not let him access. He knew my username and password from another private server, and since I used that here, he knew the username and password, and I couldn't do anything about it. So please read the thread.

If you know that he knows your old login why you make account with same username and password why didn't you use outer?

Exactly. Account sharing is a bannable offense in ANY game that requires authentification. Your problem is the inability to prove this, not the actual ban. If you were hacked somehow(keyloggers or other phishing software), then your case would be solved in 2 minutes. Restore the chars, ban the douchebag=win. The inability to prove the information theft, tho, makes this a debatable issue and nobody has time for debates in such matters, therefore...a sensible and reasonable GM would restore the toons and also ban you. I can't help in your issue, evern tho I wish I could be of some use, I'm just stating what logic dictates the future course of actions taken against your account. I have no ideea how GMs over here handle these problems and I do hope yours will be solved. Remember tho, never give out your account and password to ANYONE and imediately change them if you feel that some other guy saw that information.

It's a 2 years old login information, this is not your problem so stop posting. I am waiting for a staff member, not someone that will flame the thread.

Account sharing? Wow do you even read? HE HAD MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR LIKE 2 YEARS NOW, it's not sharing, go check the fucking IP's, and gtfo of the thread if you're here to troll.

We played together we started fighting I said he sucked, because he does, then I deleted him on skype and I went offline, when I came back my characters were gone, and they are on his account, also he is selling my mage for 800 bonuses now I see..

Wether you like it or not, you deserve it to be honest. Account sharing is still account sharing, regardless if you share it now or shared it 2 years ago. Instead of treating this problem like an adult, admiting your mistake, you come here like a furious peasant and insult everyone who's giving input in your problem. If I were a staff member and saw this, I would delete the thread and ban both yours and your friend's accounts.

 

The fact that he knew your account information is ENTIRELY your fault and nobody but yourself should answer for it. Good luck with your characters but as it stands and judging by the way you're asking for this to be fixed, no rational GM in this world would EVER help you restore your characters when, honestly, banning the two of you would solve the problem even better.

I have a huge problem! Two years ago I shared my account information on game "xxx" with my friend. I stopped playing that game and moved to WoW recently, only to meet the same friend in this game too. After a few chats, we had an argument and we stopped talking to each other, only to discover he still knew my account information from back then. So he got into my account, transfered some of my characters and now he's even trying to sell them. Is there anyone from the staff able to understand me and help me in this problem, please? Now, if you would've said something like this, then MAYBE you would've gotten some help, but with your attitude...I'd be surprised if they don't IP ban you. As a suggestion for your future endeavors, don't exchange private information with anyone and if you do and get burned, at least don't act like a stupid little kid when asking help. Cheers!
