Problem with the transmorg

Hi, I would like to come here through this thread to report some problems in WoW. I wanted to ask for help with transmogging the Tormentária, Sacred Blade of the Windseeker. What happened was that I tried to transmog with the quest weapon, but its appearance isn't showing up. So I wanted to see a solution for this because I'm not in a position to buy it directly from the NPC Halaa in Stormwind on the server. I just wanted to see what can be done to improve this.

Hello, do you have premium transmog? Legendaries have a restriction:
