Problem to connect

I'm trying to connect in the server but something goes wrong everytime. Is it just me or there is something wrong with the server.

Well i cant enter soo i guess its the realm. but i cant enter other realm cuz i cant even pass the name/pass window :(

i get the message that i have to go to Batlenet to get a new account, its rly anoying, and even geting dc from my own router all time i try to reach pandawow, rly anoying about this, idk w.... its happen but i guess i go to pandashan for now, or lvlup on PTR of molten wow
