Qadz Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) I had put in an appeal for my account to be unbanned in the "Ban \ Mute appeals." thread on the forum. It was approved after about 36 hours. An edit was made to my post to where it would now say, in green text, "Unban in one day". It has now been 5 days and my account "Qadz" / Character "Zhaul" has still not been unbanned. The GM, "Титан", was the one who both originally banned my account, and made the edit to my appeal saying I would be unbanned. He has both ignored my messages to him through Skype and the PandaWoW forum asking about why I was still not being unbanned when I was supposed to. I made a post asking how much longer it was going to take, 4 days after my appeal submission, and the post was deleted (by whom I suspect to be the same GM). I also recieved a message from the only other player in the thread who was approved saying he has also not been unbanned when he was supposed to, indicating to me that the accounts in that thread would not be unbanned regardless of appeal. Treating a player who has both donated and voted for this server, and I should point out should not have been banned in the first place (as has been thoroughly proven in my appeal) is outrageous. So... Is a GM ever going to get around to it?? It's been 8 days now since my ban. Now someone is telling me that the only GM that can unban players "Zeox" is on vacation for 2 weeks? Is that really the case? Why is it that the only GM who can unban suddenly can't be around to unban the players who are wrongfully banned by apparently "a banning machine who doesn't speak english, named 'Кукла'"? They have to go trough a lot of threads, bans, complaints, server fixes, bug tracker fixes, core fixes, Announcements , donation problems and a ton more. And now you go and do nothing but complain? How many languages do you speak? Do you think it would be easy to learn English while having a language as Russian as your mother tongue? Have you never had real life issues? Because the names you summed are actual human beings, with family and a real life to sort out, and if that isn't hard enough they care about all of the players playing on the project as well.
