nikifor96 Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 dudes, fix bloody dancing steel on x100,it works only in the fun realm :) . and i recommend to put arena rating requirements for more fun :) . not everyone is 2.2k rating :D
Intention Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 No, Bloody Dancing Steel shouldn't change rating requirement. If you're good, you have it. If you're not, you don't. Simple as that, and that's how it should be. But yes, please fix it.
nikifor96 Posted August 20, 2014 Author Posted August 20, 2014 in retail it requires rating...i mean, let's make this server like retail...just put rating requirements, its so fuck easy and boring here...in x10 realm you can get full gear without rating requirements...omg?where is the fun?
Frostshotz Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 where is the fun? This question made me ask u another one.Why do u play games then?
uraganuu Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 I'm all opposed to limitations on buying gear based on your pvp rating. I will explain why: 1)Rating is easily exploitable in a number of ways, so having a high MMR doesn't really reflect pure skill. 2)If you buy a high rated character while being a complete newb, you can still benefit from that advantage, making the requirement even more dumb. 3)I'm all for equality. Everyone should start with the same gear level, and we do, and everyone should be allowed to use the same gear as everyone else. 4)Let's say I'm an excellent Pro player but I don't enjoy arenas, I only enjoy BGs. Why should a very skilled player be limited by such a requirement?

Why should a very skilled player be limited by such a requirement? Battlegrounds don`t mean necessary skills,In my opinion I respect players who earned their rating via 3s and not wintraded (Not saying you did) I`m just saying that in a battleground skill is equivalent to 0,If you have a decent team you`ll win if not you`ll be farmed.

If you do 3v1 in a bg that shows skills mate, for example I like to do bgs alone, I mean, without my team near to me, it's a challenge :P
HotzQT Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 If you do 3v1 in a bg that shows skills mate, for example I like to do bgs alone, I mean, without my team near to me, it's a challenge :P There is a point there but how is it a challenge if they are in greens and contenders as most of them are in greens/contenders and rarely tyranical full and grievious full? I`d accept that bg skill theory of yours once people start doing Rated Battlegrounds

uraganuu Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 I'm a hardcore BG fan on my mage, you can see that on your account page-Statistics-Kills top since only two characters from the Fun realm are on that list and one of them is mine. Damn it, I'm realm second with like 80 HKs behind nr1. :( I always go alone in BGs and I'm not affraid of anyone, it's all kamikazee style. I'm alone and they are 10? Good, I can probably take one of them down before I die :D That's the mentality! Like...who cares if I die or how many times I die as long as I'm having fun, right? @timex100: I enjoy private servers because they provide much more balanced PvP and the element of grinding is either missing completely or it's very low.
dfabel Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 If you do 3v1 in a bg that shows skills mate, for example I like to do bgs alone, I mean, without my team near to me, it's a challenge :P I highly doubt that you do 3v1 against geared people. Yeah maybe against people with 200k health.
uraganuu Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 Skill and class also matter alot. I beat 5 warriors by myself on my mage, maybe because they were newbs or poorly equipped(on Fun) or maybe my class is just a hardcounter. I can't handle 2 ferals, tho. So it's all a matter of who's got more cooldowns ready, skill, positioning and coordination and you simply can't ignore the luck factor. Maybe they were all cought with their pants down(no defensive cooldowns up, on 5 people), or maybe I was lucky enough to score alot of crits in a row, or maybe there was a skilled player facing 5 noobs. Idk.,.. Fact is, you CAN go 1vs3 against geared people and you CAN win if you know your class, but it all depends on so many factors you can't have an exact response towards something like this. You just can't. My 250k HP windwalker soloed a ilvl523 destro warlock on x100. Who's the better player? Me? I don't think so. I think I've only won that fight due to pure luck on my end and pure bad luck on his, lol. Maybe he could whoop my ass 50 times in a row if we ever fought again. I'd be the lesser player then, obviously. If you want to find a skilled player in BGs, you need to do BGs often and watch the names that top them, in both damage/healing aswell as objectives completed. If you do BGs for like 3 months, only BGs, you will start seeing the same names in that score chart, every time. Those are the skilled players and this disproves the urban myth that you can ONLY find skilled players in arenas. Bullshit! There are r1 players with 0 rating, just because they have no interest in arenas.

Yeah sure skill and class matters but when i was watching sodapopping before doing 1vs2 we was always saying to win you should be ether with better gear or they should be bad players. And he is right at the end if the people know what they are doing you can't 1vs2 them.

StarCaller Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Please make a bug report here. http://forum.pandawow.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=175
dfabel Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Yeah I can 1v2 like him on 1000mmr lol On 1k mmr I can do 1vs3 on a mage, lol. On this server people are so bad compared to other servers. Getting 2k is nothing and when i play somewhere else i can't get 1 win.
sysx Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 who know the buff name of http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=98163 ? i'm asking because i can't find it in wowhead... p.s. i'll make a report if anyone find the buff/proc name for this enchant
xemej Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 its probably same as normal dancing steel, its just for bloody visual effect
sysx Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 (edited) ok then.. these procs/buffs they have different ID spell of the enchant item when be applied to the weapon/s and here it is the item http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=98163 should give http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=142530 or http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=118335 or http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=120032 or http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=118334 p.s.1. also if the player apply 2 enchants of his/her weapons, then the procc/buff should stack p.s.2. this need to be tested, i'm not sure which is the right ID spell for the proc/buff item enchant Edited August 29, 2014 by sysx
frakerober Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Bloody Dancing Steel is not available on the realm, same as other items/mounts, if u have atlas loot u will see that is not available, and for that visual effects u have the arena enchant that give 600 pvp power and same resilience i believe. thats why u cant find it in game.
sysx Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 nope.. it's not available in 5.4.8 because the vendors aren't fixed.. same thing in 5.4.2 realms but only in fun realm there have a enchant npc which sells http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=98163 and you can get it for free in pandawow is not fixed but in retail this npc http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=73141 is selling http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=98163
