Scarlet Fever not refresh blood plague(blood)

Ok.. It happen when fight one target, when we use blood boil to refresh disease with talent scarlet fever, but just frost fever and weakened blows refreshed but blood plague not.... But when hit multitarget, 3 of them refreshed with blood boil
