starfall abusers

hi, im balance druid too, but it doesnt mean im not afraid about that bugs, wich players abuse. Today in arenas another balance druid force me to out from stealth by starfall spell.

Its so strange, its a lot of post about it and i see the pandawow staff declinned all of them. I want to share with you an important link.

 

 

MoP Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now deals 10% more damage.

MoP Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Will no longer strike targets that are affected by crowd control effects.

MoP Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned.

Hotfix (2011-08-04): "Starfall should no longer strike targets with which the druid is not in combat."

Hotfix (2011-07-01): "Starfall is no longer hitting targets that are within 40 yards if they are not in combat with the druid or his/her party/raid members. It is targeting all hostile characters in combat with the druid’s party/raid members, IS NOT HITTING STEALTH characters, is not breaking crowd control effects, and is not targeting nearby critters."

Hotfix (2011-02-14): "Starfall will now hit any target in range which is in combat or not at full health (including the Exposed Head of Magmaw, which was causing issues with Starfall)."

WotLK Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): The damage done by this spell has been significantly increased.

WotLK Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Cooldown reduced to 90 seconds.

WotLK Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Instead of canceling shapeshifting, now cancels on shapeshifting into an animal form.

WotLK Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): [Celestial Focus] (Balance) no longer includes Starfall.

WotLK Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
