Please help me this is teh second time i get banned for no reason i bought my first unban with 15 euros and now i get banned again. Reason: Некорректный никнейм (время на смену ника вышло)

I am not Russian i dont understand what this means i put it on google translate and it says i have char with inapproptiate name idk which char ist is cause i buy alot of chars with bonus.

I also put ticket ingame and the person say he cant help me cause he is a moderator and that i had to make a post on forum. Please unban this is unfair
