Vicious/Ruthless PvP Gear

[Intention]

Personally I can't get enough of the Vicious/Ruthless sets for Hunter/Rogue, but sadly I can't find the gear in the vendors that should sell them. I don't know if this is a bug or if WoW was updated on live to totally remove these items from the game. I hope to see them make a return in someway,

nobody knows, this is a decision with prioritisation of pandawow staff, as you see the report is from february 2014
