Do i get ban by using Naxxaramas 40 test god sword at low level?

I bought on the site the Naxxramas 40 Test God Sword and i want to know if i get banned by using the sword at level 15, Do i? I stopped leveling whit it, but i would like to know if i would get banned because whit it i get 4k health and 800 damage at level 15.

Man people are using bugged glyphs in pvp and don't get banned and you worry that you will get banned for leveling. It's the same as using the Enchant Weapon - Elemental Force on some weapon which hit's 4k on 1st lvl.
