Here's the link to original thread http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=47699 So it says that i need to PM Перенос персонажей for char transfer, but when i try i get this error "Перенос персонажей has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her." Is character transfer option disabled or whats the problem?
