Cloak and Dagger bug

1.Spell = Cloak and Dagger

2. It says you can use certain abilities from 40 yards away and it is not the case anymore,I have to be very very close to the target then it kind of works, I then jump in behind target,it worked fine before the new patch

this is happening too on 100x server

this if fix now when u are on hide status, but when u use the shadow dance sub's skill it still buged and dotn port u where the enemy is :(
