avalanche enchant does 60-80k on EVERY SPELL. Every warlock is abusing it

 

and HAS NO CDR

already tried reporting this multiple times... reply = "its not bannable"

a pet that reduces cast time by 50% is bannable for 30 days but a proc that hits for 12-15k randomly without a cooldown is not bannable
