2.How it works : Grants an improved version of Faerie Fire that also reduces the target's movement speed by 50% for 15 sec, but the movement speed effect CAN'T be removed when Purified)

 

3.How it should work : The slowed movement must be removed when spell Purified.

6.Priority : 10/10 useful spell but in the same moment very devastating for melee.
