These things can happen, unfortunately, giving the fact that we have limited staff numbers. If you make an appeal about a ban and the GM says you will be unbanned in 1 day and that doesn't happen, remain calm! Don't taunt him, don't insult him or the server. Just send him a private message and/or write a new thread or edit the existing one. Managing the thousands of accounts on pandawow is not an easy work, so we CAN forget things. Don't live with the impression that Titan "hates you". I assure you he doesn't hate any player, but it's his job to apply punishment in places where rules are bent or not respected completely.
