PVP Vendor gear fix!

I spent 6 hours trying to find the vendor where i could buy this gear: http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=1226 and as far I know you cannot obtain it because of a bug? I would like if it would be possible that you fix this. Thank you

I don't think that it is a bug I think they just removed it because its in the store for 100 bonus per piece.
