30D ban?

so I did some research because I could not login to my account on pandawow, apparently my character "heos" did some sort of bug abuse in battlegrounds?????. In my whole experience on pandawow I had never touched hackes or abused bugs!. the person whoever was on my character was not me and i'm definitely changing my password because I've had the same username and password in other private servers. i'm going to be quite frank and precise, I love this game and I've spent so much money,time an effort to get where I am now on my characters. honest to god I am not an idiot, if I were to bug abuse for example??

why the hell would I do it on a character ive spent about 200 dollars on?????, or my account which is worth more?????I hate bug abusers they ruin the game. I really hope that person gets found and causes no other issues. i'm utterly devastated seldom do I login now because of uni assignments but when I have a break this is definitely a stress reliever and passion. I'll understand if you don't appeal this ban, its your job to look out for the economy of pandawow and I respect that, however I have never been in such a situation before on this account. its unfortunate for me being the real account holder and now having it being banned for 30 days, it was not even me:(. I wont give up on this game though, it has so much potential to become much greater and all my friends enjoy it. PLEASE HEAR ME OUT, from a fellow member of pandawow, I love this game and I don't want to ruin or hurt it!, if my account however does get appealed I will prove once again and show you, I am not that sort of person.
