2)The effects of the glyph are granted to the hunter without actually using it in the glyph slot. You only need to learn it. If you do, you will move in stealth at 100% speed all the time.

3)Your Camouflage ability now provides stealth even while moving, but your movement speed while Camouflage is active is reduced by 50%.

This isn't gamebreaking but it allows the hunter to move in stealth at 100% speed without actually occupying a glyph slot for it.
