Works like: Mind Blast/Mind Spike activates boon which adds 50% damage from next mind spike or mind blast. Here is the proof of the violence and proof how it works. On the 1st screen shot you can see duration of the buffs, next screenshot is after 1s with the same debuffs. "Empowered Shadows" that pve set broken bonus on both pictures has 11s duration ( which is maximum duration since you can't ever see 12s-just logic). And as I marked Mind Blast was used, which activates the debuff. There is no Devour Plague debuff on me yet Empowered Shadows is active. Srsly, you use bug buff pet x5 man and you say he use bug pve gear ? pet buff x5 was a bug on retail too but only in s13 not in last season ! evidence you play BM in last season on retail people don't play bm since s13...
