Problem after i did buy a character

Hey for some days ago i did buy a character from the website, when i logged in after i did buy the character was there and i logged in starting to set up my action bar then i did logout to get my old macros. When i logged in again the character was gone, so i went to the website and did see if it was deleted but no. Then i went on the character marked and there the same character i did buy was there. I dont have any proof cuz i have bought characters before and it have never happened + i dint know i was going to loose it. But i have the characters name in my wtf.exe folder name

Administrators can see those transactions and settle this issue. You just need to have patience untill one of them is free to help you.
