Some questions

First: they didn't reset the arena cap? Was that intentional?

Second: why the hell did they touch the arena and bg preparation? now i can't reset talents or change specs. It worked, it was soooo damn good, and I was sooo damn happy, now it starts all over again, and nothing works. What happened?
