Bug: Quest "Evento: Exos, El Llameante" completed but transmog remains locked

• Character Name: Dooctor

• Server/Realm: Pandawowx100

I completed all objectives for the quest Evento: Exos, El Llameante selecting the Green Fin-Slight Murloc Onesie transmog set as reward.

Upon turning in the quest, I didn't receive any item in my inventory to learn it, nor was it unlocked automatically. When checking my Collections > Appearances > Sets tab, the outfit is still greyed out (locked).

Troubleshooting steps already taken:

• Relogged into character Dooctor.

• Checked the in-game mailbox in case inventory was full.

• Checked other characters on the account.

I have attached screenshots of the quest and the locked Appearances UI. Please check my quest completion logs to credit the appearance or item.
