Got knocked off in BG now toon is messed up

Hello,

I was in ( Eye of the Storm ) and was knocked off of the center and glitched alive at the bottom so then I tried deleting the cache and repairing which then spawned me in the inner spire. I can not cast anything and I can not Q for a BG.

Here are a few options on how to fix your character:

 

-Mount up in a flying mount high in the air and dismount to commit suicide. Try to join a BG.

-Ask a friendly mage to cast a portal for you and use it. Try to join a BG as soon as you teleported.

-mount up in a flying mount, commit suicide and wait out the rezz sickness, then log out and repair your character.

 

If all 3 don't work, keep repeating the process. I had the same problem, mage portal fixed it immediately.
