Farming valor

So I know that there have been some posts about this, but I would like to sum it up here. Where to farm valor?

I know about quests in Timeless Isle (that means 450 on the first day, then collecting epoch stones is weekly 200, and Path of the Mistwalker means 50 daily). It's a little bit slow farming if you do only Timeless Isle.

The other one would be doing Cata raids. Which of them is worth doing if you want to get the most valor points?

The third would be the daily quests. Again, which and where?

 

Just because I need a tons of valor now for upgrading pve and to get Shado-Pan trinkets as well, and I still don't know which quests are bugged, or which is the best method :D

Either pandaria daily(including Timless Isle dailys) or BoT farm.

Yea, last night we skipped the farm because I couldn't reach him on skype or in the game :D

Baradin hold is the best cataclysm instance to farm valor :D.

Really short instance easy to do with around 4-5 people.

u can do it with a class with strong self heals/defs or 2person it

just get a healer

 

will be slow but the reward is good :)

another important thing to note that theres a bug on Timeless Isle

SO first u pull like 2 mobs from spotted swarmers then u get some1 to aoe the entire pack

then when u loot it should bug and u can endlessly click and loot

use programmable mouse to like 50 clicks at once :D
