Ban? without any reason

Hello, I was trying to connect to my account like normally, when I realize that I cant get in, so I found in the page that i'm banned!! but I don't know any reason to make me that, I think is a problem, or mistake in the banned name. This is my account: Sharthak. So I hope an answer immediately, thanks for all.

 

I just passed from 12 to 100 mb of internet conection today, is that a problem? Because is the only thing that I did and early this morning was playing with mates, and when I tried again with the 100mb's and I got disconnected suddenly.

 

Sorry for "spam" but I find this unfair, and I don't have any answer or reasons
