Deeds of Valor (Cost 3000 Coins - Gives 100 Valor Points)

Hello!

1. Name of not working spell/quest/npc: Deeds of Valor - http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=112353

 

2. Description of the problem:

 

•Not giving 100 Valor Points / piece.

•If you have "910" valor for example you are still able to use the item & exceed over your cap > "1010"

 

3.How it must work.

 

• Should receive 100 valor point's after using http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=112353

• You should not be able to use this item if you have 901 + valor point's.

 

4.Date when you tested it. 2014.12.03

 

5.Realm (x100/x5/Fun), on which you have found the bug. 100x

 

6.Priority of the problem. (1-10) 5, but this is an easily fixed issue.

still not working, or no idea how it is suposed to be used, cuz i get it, it endures a day but u cant rigth clic to get the valor or buff or anything, is useless
