Problems with connect.

 

Please follow the rules for creating threads in this section.It is in Your best interest to get help as soon as possible, and this is possible only if You clearly and understandably describe Your problem. Try not to write too much, we are interested in more information about who You are, so we could find You and a brief but informative description of Your problem.

 

Title. Try to briefly describe your problem.

Title: "Help!", "I have a problem!", "What must I do?" not conform to the rules.

Description of the problem. Please write the text very carefully. Try to describe the problem without errors.

Read the FAQ. Before creating the threads read topics with solutions of the most frequent problems.

What You must write in your theme?

  • Nicknames of Your characters. Please, do not write Your account name or password. If You have the problem with multiple accounts, write 2-3 nicknames from each account. If You have problems only with one character, then do not write other nicknames.
  • Information about Your Game Client. Version (5.0.5\5.4.2\5.4.8), where did you get it? (?Torrent\ Downloaded with our archive \ Game Client from Battle.net + our archive)
  • Describe your problem. Describe your problem very clearly and understandably. When and how the problem occurred?
  • How you tried to solve the problem. Describe all that you made. Most simple: reinstall the Game, cache clearing (deleted "Cache" folder in game folder), used "Repair Character" in Control Panel on the our website, restart PC and Internet, call to internet provider.
  • Screenshots with problem. Important! This will help us understand your problem.
  • Make these screenshots:
    • Screenshot with error or other problem.
    • Screenshot your game client (Screenshot with opened folder)

    1. Click Start and type CMD in the search field.

    2. Right-click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator.

    3. Type tracert logon.pandawow.ru (pathping logon.pandawow.ru)

    4. Allow several minutes for the trace route to complete.

    5. Make Screenshots with results.

    6. Type exit and press Enter to close the command window.

    Mac OS X

    1. Go to the /Applications/Utilities folder and start the Terminal application.

    2. Type tracert logon.pandawow.ru (pathping logon.pandawow.ru)

    3. Allow several minutes for the trace route to complete.

    4. Make Screenshots with results.

    5. Type exit and press Return to close the command window.

Make sure, that screenshots have good quality.
