Cannot join Battlegrounds

I was bugged in a BG and i use "Repair Character" on website. Then i leave the BG and now i cannot join BGs or Arenas

I tried using "Repair Character" and it doesn't work

Delete contents of your Cache folder, then repair character on your control panel.
