Cant upgrade

Problem : I bought Kor'kron Hand Cannon and i can't upgrade to 574 , why i can't it suposse u can upgrade 566 to 574 really?

Well that's the problem i can't upgrade it , and if i try to sell it (cause i want my conquest points again) i cant the npc just dont give me the option to give me back my Conquest points :/

i bought it 2 times soo i lose 5k conquest points... give me them back or give me some solution plis.

u should relog before doing that and dont use any reforgelite addons n stuff, btw its orczor xd

i equip it and reloged , i reloged and equip it .

Dont work.. still cant upgrade it.

And pliss stop say : Relog or /reload , cause did it like 10 times atm so plis , thet doesnt work .

Delete the contents of your Cache folder.

Repair your character on your control panel(account page).

Log in game and check.

Try this:

-Open your PandaWoW folder;

-Delete Cache, Errors and Logs folders;

-Login on your character and attempt to upgrade.

If this also fails try selling your weapon to random vendor, buy it back using "Buyback" option, relog and attempt to upgrade.
