Hit chance not working, still missing spells

Are you guys going to do something about hit caps? Got 6% hit on my mage and keep missing every ******** spell on everyone, this is so stupid missing cc and losing arenas or something else because the hit cap doesn't work, it's basically crap. Can't be that hard to just fix a hit chance seriously.

3.2% hit on UH DK, never ever missed anything.

6% hit on Fire mage, never ever missed anything.

 

The list goes on for all my characters. As long as you go above the cap, you'll be fine. Classes with huge dodge/parry, such as monks or DKs, can still dodge or parry your hits, regardless of your hit chance.

Well as a monk myself I missed 3 of 4 fists of fury hits and leg sweep ( ehich doesnt make any sense) while fighting against a mage. Maybe im wrong but its not working as intended. Plus no they dont dodge that much as sparring doesnt work at all.
