Enchant Weapon: Bloody Dancing Steel

2. So I'm glad that this got fixed today as it looks totally awesome but it appears to increase both Strength and Agility, not the highest stat. That gives slightly more crit chance to Strength classes and 1650 more Attack Power to Agility classes which is kind of a big deal.

3. It should increase only the highest stats among the two (Strength and Agility), not both.

Dude I just said that Bloody Dancing Steel is too powerful and you're telling me to use a lesser enchant? Are you even following?

when you apply two enchants of http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=98163 on your weapons and hit some mob or dummy for test, the enchant have a proc but proccing after another, not together like how the must be.. still need adjusting

i found few mop videos and as you can see in this picture this guy have 2x enchants but they not proccing together

p.s. i'm just confused... i think we need experienced rogue player from retail who played during the mists of pandaria expansion and to share his comment for this enchant
