Доброго времени суток, уважаемый администратор Zeox! К сожалению, в последнее время на нашем сервере наметилась следующая тенденция - разработчики базы данных не уделяют должного внимания к праздникам, проходящим один раз в год. К труду и к работе этих людей я относился и отношусь с должным уважением, однако их бездействие приводит к тому, что некоторые из достижений праздника получить не представляется возможным, а это, в свою очередь, лишает игроков возможности получить главное достижение праздника. На счет Хмельного фестиваля лично создавал тему (http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=153741), пытаясь тем самым привлечь внимание игроков и Администрации сервера к существующей проблеме. Однако, никаких активных действий со стороны разработчиков, к сожалению, не последовало. Не хочется ждать опять целый год, чтобы получить долгожданные достижения и звание. I'ma take a break myself. PandaWoW is so boring atm, there is just no challenge. The 3s queue never even pops if I queue on my main because of MMR. Been rank one for close to 3 months straight now, and even though I haven't queued in the last 2 weeks on my main, still nobody has overtaken me.. It's just impossible to get rating when nobody queues.. Instead it's all talk, no action, and as soon as I queue, all the high teams seem to do is dodge and trashtalk lol. It's become too toxic. Tryhards like Noneedholy, Stewmaker, Chiv, Zankedbrotha, Felxprod (A.k.a. - Supahotdots - This guy is ALWAYS spamming global recently), who don't even queue arena, and just log on to bitch at each other unfortunately make this server aids as fuaaark. Maybe I'll come back at the end of the season and get rank one again. Idk, see how I feel. But you can finally stop dodging and moaning about me farming you as WLS/LSD/LSDv2/Thundercleave/EleDKRdruid/MLS/WMS/Turbo (whatever comp) now. :) Before I go, thanks to a few specific players for making it a fun experience: Absolutezero, Abu, Akuyama, Shelbytv (Best pri, never online nowadays. Zhalifa, Wizpk, Lastdodge, Den/Propeloljk, Flowztko, Fearmvp, Arikt - this guy is pure jokes. I've never seen someone so enthusiastic about playing 2vs2 lol. Cogu. I'm sure I probably missed some, but off of the top of my head, they are the main players that it was fun to queue with. And Hola @ all the opponents I faced too who weren't salty losers. Hopefully some of you will still be around to play with, if I do decide come back for a week to steal rank one, in like 6 months or so (whenever the season finishes). How it should work - The intellect increase should be 5% instead of 9,6% Priority - 5/10, gets higher and higher the more gear you get. Almost double bonus. Comments - Might explain why restoration druids have such an abnormal healing and some 200k+ starsurges(since balance druids have the same passive). Realm tested - Fun Date tested - 21/10/2015 Spell - Fists of Fury Description - Spell formula seems to be wrong, see the spoiler below for more info. How it should work - Damage should be applied properly. Priority - 8/10, you can get hit for 100k each tick in a monk's burst, when it should be up to 65k~~73k on a crit, because the damage difference gets higher and higher the more gear you get(and buffs, including its own Tigereye's Brew burst). Comments - Apologies for the ugly and weird monk, I managed to bug my models, still fixing it. Also thanks to Noneedholy for requesting this bug report. Touch of karma can't be removed from spells like ice block, divine shield, melee bubble etc. Actually when a monk use touch of karma on you and you gonna block, you loose the buff but it still absorbs every dmg you do into the monk. 3. В период с 15.10.15 по 22.10.15(включительно), в личном кабинете: http://cp.pandawow.ru/, запущены следующие акции: - Все цены на предметы-услуги(кроме випа, золота, валюты и повышения уровня) снижены на 20%. - При пожертвовании любым доступным способом независимо от суммы, дополнительно зачисляется + 20% от суммы(например, при пожертвовании на 100 бонусов, будет зачислено 120 бонусов и т.д). - Услуга по восстановлению персонажей(раздел кабинета Удаленные персонажи) теперь стоит 1 бонус(для тех кому не нужно менять ник), но если ник занят и требуется смена, то 1 + стоимость смены ника. Таким образом, многие смогут фактически бесплатно восстановить удаленных персонажей и продолжить ими игру. По мимо этого, сняты баны с аккаунтов у которых бан заканчивался не позже 22.10.15, итого амнистию получили 243 аккаунта. Данные изменения уже вступили в силу.
