Calculations: My fireball hits for 10026 and i have 24.29% mastery http://prnt.sc/b3bw8u Ignite ticks two times for 1217 damage (2434 total damage) http://prnt.sc/b3bwgc 10026 * 0.2429 = ~2435 (or ~1217 per tick). Working as intended. Combustion ticks for 243 (20% of ignite damage). http://prnt.sc/b3bwm9 1217 * 0.2 = ~243 . Working as intended.

Was fixed i think. I tested it with macro (you should press it, when all spells are on GCD): Without PvP hands it shows 1.5sec GCD, when equipped it lowers to 1 sec GCD.

After 20 casts, recount shows: 29236 minimum damage and 29686 maximum damage. [spoiler=Calculations](13847*1.98) + 1816 = 29233 min. (13847*1.98) + 2305 = 29722 max. Working as intended.
