in which spec u tested it? i believe in destro it get only 15% from SP - info from client. Also u can compare RoF tooltipe int destro and affli SP = 22495 Destro - 28272 Affli - 47128

i''m about that spell http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=112965 When ur orb hit two targets u will get initial FoF from first hit, and u may get another FoF with 15% chance from that spell (link above) and i think its legit. I have tested it few times
