well if rogues crit 180k evisc. Do simple math. 180k- 35%= 117k evis with full burst + procs ??? In retail rogues owns ppl in globals so easy. Try to test more. k.

Well. Even Fire hits 60ks lances... Think about frost :D when they hit about 60k all the time from lances.. that's rly messed up :D

This is spell haste, and you're looking at Melee haste + it was tested a lot of times, it works completely fine.
