If raidcall was not an option then teamspeak is the only alternative because skype is for more personal and it is not as professional in my opinion because in teamspeak you can speak with unlimited amount of people on skype your limited unless you pay and even then it uses more resources than ts3. But either way pointless talking about it since it wont happen lol.

I never used discord since I use skype so I don't know what it is like resource wise :/ Raidcall would probably be a better option if we was going for a (free) chat program. Well i think Raidcall is still free to host.

If you were to go for the voice chat option you would need a bigger staff team anyway and its not realistic for this size of community, think about it the peak times on both realms hit around 5500 players at 1 time and when the staff team has maybe 10-15 total who speak different language that have different jobs and responsibilities who are not necessarily moderators or administrators to deal with issue it wont work. Its too time demanding and think about it, all those players who will think wait a min that guy done this I am going on ts3/discord/skype to try get him banned when I know its not 100% legitimate. But with the current system their reaction is more like: I hate this guy but i cant be bothered to report him on the forums and my screenshots do not provide enough evidence to try ban him over something he shouldn't get banned for. Now i know this may seem in depth but this is just 1 negative thing. Blizzard do the same thing you have to sit on a phone for hours for technical support sometimes so you know most of the time you are not going to phone them for issues that are timewasting. Same as gm tickets on retail you can do tickets to waste time but it takes ages to get a response and if you do waste time you will be punished by them for it. If we had a big staff team and every language was covered and it was funded then it would work but currently this system is fine as it is so why go through all of the bother.

Tigger he is telling you he wants a timestamp on the screenshot and just because it is not in the rules does not mean he is wrong. He is a staff member and his job is to make sure players are following the rules and if you are not giving him all the information he is requesting to make the decision thats his choice, if you have a problem with his decision then contact someone higher but be warned if your not going to see it from his point of view one rule that is stated in the rules is this: 1.1. Administration reserves the right to make direct changes anywhere within the community and can change the rules without notifying the players. Just get a timestamped screenshot or let it go.

It is always worth reporting, Its people with your type of attitude which stops this community reaching its full potential. If people started to care about the server they played on more then it would be a better place to play.

Instead of bitching to staff why not do something useful like learn to code or help on the forums. there is limited devs ect & they run 3 realms total not many staff. Nothing is perfect this is a panda expansion which is still fairly new also its most likely the least buggy private server for 5.4.8 so if your going to just make a forum account to moan and complain to busy staff please just don't bother. They have better things to do than sit in threads like this listening to people who don't help complain.
