  4. After Thok goes to phase 2 & when the "Akolik" prison is chosen to be opened, thok doesn't do anything. He goes to the "Akolik" and doesn't eat him, he just stays there and doesn't gain P1 abilities nor the new abilities from the boss. Priority 10/10 How it should work - Thok should switch back to phase 1 and gain his new abilities from the mobs which he has eaten.

  13. Have you tried re-logging and deleting your cache? And have you also tried repairing your character? (And have you tried disabling all addoons and trying to queue without them?)

  16. Greetings! Here's information which could be helpful with your current issue. Check if your account is blocked / banned. You can see that in your control panel on website. If your account is blocked / banned you can make an appeal at this section http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=78845 (Presuming that it is our fault & that we issue the ban by mistake) Check your client folders carefully. Delete Cache folder which is located in your WoW folder and in your DATA folder. Leave DATA and WTF Untouched and of course Pandawow.exe (launcher). You can also save Interface (Presuming that none of your addons are causing the problem). It is optional to download a new client, in case your old one may be damaged/corrupted. You should download it from official website or from our, which is fixed and ready to launch. Only theses two clients can fit security requirements and quality. Any other client might be damaged or contain viruses. Check your realm list. (Make sure that it is set to the pandawow's realm list) Launch the game with PandaWoW.exe Enter your Username not your email address. Check your account and password in control panel on our website. If you can’t access it, could be a problem with your internet / router or ISP. Also check your antivirus or any other form of PC security software which you might have installed. It could be blocking the game or server connection. Turn off everything, restart your PC and check it. If problem is still there don’t forget to turn everything back online. If you have followed these instructions and none of them resolved your issue, open a new tread in This section, if the thread isn't made by the following rules / format, it might be closed without any response or help. If its made by the proper format / rules Administration will answer it in following 1-2 days.

  18. Buying your own characters is disabled here to prevent from character scamming in case you get someone else's account info. (In case you have 2 accounts and 1 of them was given to you) You should ask the owner to sell you the character. In case you are the owner of both accounts, you can use character transfer.
  19. Have you tried clearing your cache? Servers were down, now they are up.
  20. Its logical? I doubt that anyone has any specific recording about it, it works as a mob and when you grip a mob or typhoon it, it should interrupt the cast.
  21. There should be a delay & it should be possible to grip it / typhoon it to interrupt the cast. However its not fixed yet as far as i know.

  23. Can you provide us with the screenshot of your issue? And could you tell us what is your native language? (Since it is quite hard to understand what you want to say while you are trying to speak English)

You have already made a different report about someone using "Fly hack" which i have declined http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=229104 Meanwhile it is an issue at your end with your graphics settings & model display. I would advise you re-logging or even using a function /reload (And if possible upping your graphic settings) To where it wont lead to misunderstanding. However, this report "might" be valid since i don't see any mount buffs, but i am 99% positive that it is an issue within your game. I will leave this thread to other staff members.
