Due to the fact that you have account shared with your friend, and it is possible that your friend has shared your account with someone else as well etc. The owner of the account is responsible for whatever happens with it after it has been shared, regardless if the action was made by you or someone else. I doubt, since legion is much more complex to script with more RNG such as legendary items + the anti bad luck system. (+ Not to mention that bunch of people also dislike legion patch due to major class changes etc) But we never know.

In other words if you're low geared killing other people and making some sick outplays isn't an option. The best thing which you will be able to do is ninja cap flags / bases or somehow assist your team with mainly CC (since you wont be doing a lot of dmg) And when it comes to the "winning teams" the matches are usually balanced, there's no 100% win chance depending on your faction. There can be games where you win 10 of them and lose 1 and vice versa. And like Worstworld said, your best option atm is to make premade teams. Worstworld has bad xmog LUL

Bonus roll is not bugged, it is working fine. The % of loot is not 100% therefore don't expect to get items 24/7. You're unlucky with the bonus-rolls and that's it. If you want, you can repair your character but i doubt that it will change anything.
