However when it comes to the leveling and gear, there's other quests which will grant you gear / level / experience. Try visiting pandaria.

However if the item has expired then it would have been returned to your mailbox. Have you gotten letter from AH that it has been sold? Or have you checked your auctions (If the item is still being bided for)

What about Proc's / The class which you are facing? QA's can check it, however you have to be bit more precise. Milorad has linked in the past the wowhead from 2k13 / 2k14 where it shows which abilities were affected by Seasoned Soldier, and which weren't. Therefore, it will most likely stay like this until someone has a valid proof that it should be changed.

Its possible that everyone got used to the 25% dmg increase overall. And now that it got fixed properly (after 2 years lol) it will take some time to get used to it again. However, in case someone can prove QA's report differently, the new bug-report can be made & it will be fixed.

Admins add the items by their own will, so if they don't add an item its either because they missed it due to a lot of requests by other people. Or they simply just don't want to add it. (You can try recommending it some time later again)

And RBG titles were achieved in the time while the Rate was messed up, So they won 1 RBG and got all achievements / titles. I hope that they will be removed after the website is finally fixed. However the Duelist title was given during the 1st season, same like every other title.
