I just legit said that you can't have Gladiator / Rival / Duelist / Any Arena R1 title, on other characters UNLESS You have earned them on that exact same one. They cant be transferred... Same like arena mounts which are character bound...

Titles shouldn't be able to be shared across the characters. Due to them being character specific and bound to the character on which you have earned it.

No, it doesn't exist. If it did, people would abuse it in various ways. I seen the video, and i know how priest works. Therefore, it can be something on Timeless isle, such as buff over-lapping and causing an issue with the % / Statistics how much you get from the buffs. Or its another type of Bug / Exploit.

The thing such as "Damage hack" doesn't exist. It was either an in-game exploit or Timeless isle buffs which increased his statistics. However the buffs don't show up when you targeted him (The ones from the shrines & the ones from the mobs)

(Everything killed until Garrosh / Paragons / Blackfuse or at least somewhere close to it) You will be tested in-game before you are set as trial. No, there are just other bugs which have higher priority of being fixed rather than Raid-Finder. *Considering that people can do full SoO raid with 550 ilvl since Pandwow released the seasons first then the raids (Because at retail it was Tyranical / Malevolent season when SoO was released, so people had to do ToT > RDF > etc) So it will be fixed in due time (Once the major bugs PvP / PvE wise get fixed "Same goes with SoO Hc difficulty" )

Here https://www.twitch.tv/zarhoes/v/112460864 You can see that he uses the reflect quite early at 2:40 And you see him Blood Horrored at 3:31 even when he had Reflect off cd ? And at 4:42 he pops it randomly? Also i seen pally hexed multiple times without him even using the reflect. And at 7:54 he poped reflect Late after he got hexed. If it was a bot then you wouldn't be able to land a single hex (unless you reflect something else and then you do the full hex). I haven't watched through the both links since i don't have time atm, but this isn't a reflect bot. Im pretty sure that the people who host random pug raids don't state any kind of rules. And even if there were any rules, Hunter still took an Plate item? That's ninja looting, maybe there can be something done about it in this case.

If he's still able to attack you after he goes out of the Gurubashi Arena, that is not an Abuse, it is a server bug. It is an error where the character recognizes True / False if the enemy is still Friendly or Not friendly. (Therefore i continues with the attacks (Mele attacks))
